Happy Thanksgiving! We hope that you are happy and healthy in however you choose to celebrate this day. We are truly thankful for you, our followers and donors, who have helped us continue the work we do here in NJ – rescuing marine mammals and sea turtles.
As we gear up for our busiest season of all (here come the seals!), our goal is to stay better connected with you, bringing you updates and information here on our website and through our social media sites. We hope you will find what we post to be useful, helpful, and interesting!
It is officially the season for giving and we have some great options if you are looking for a gift that “gives back!” If you’re in the area, come on over to our gift shop, open on Saturdays from 10-2 for some unique and fun sea-themed items. You can also pick up long-sleeved tees or sweatshirts to keep your loved ones warm this winter.
Seal adoptions make a great option for that person who has “everything.” No, they cannot keep the seal in their bathtub (we promise you they wouldn’t want to anyway), but they can proudly display their personalized adoption certificate and photo combo!
If you haven’t done so already, please check out our #GivingTuesday campaign for our new Seal Building here: https://mmsc.org/ways-to-donate/givingtuesday
We hope you will consider making a donation to help with the care of the many seals we expect to see this winter.
Stay tuned to this page for what’s happening at the MMSC including updates on current patients, the latest news in the world of marine mammals and sea turtles, and information about our special events and fundraising!
